All orders are final. Because every rug is custom-made to your specifications, we take extra care to ensure complete satisfaction before shipping.

Before we ship your order, our team will contact you to confirm the rug’s design, size, color, and overall quality. We will send you clear photos and details of the finished rug for your approval. This step allows you to review the product quality and make sure everything meets your expectations.

Cancellations You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as production may have already begun.

Returns Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been shipped. We strongly encourage you to review the pre-shipment photos and confirmation carefully. If you have any concerns, please let us know at that stage so we can address them before shipping.
