1. Order Confirmation Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We start preparing your order immediately. Because of this, cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 24 hours.

2. Processing & Production Time All our products are custom made to order. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks maximum for production and processing. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay.

3. Shipping We ship all orders via Aramex with Door-to-Door service. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

  • Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days after production is completed
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance in your country.

4. Delivery & Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly on the Aramex website.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Our team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
